Website performance analysis

This morning i`ve switched from WP Super Cache to W3 Total Cache.

Changes compared to the “old” setup:

  • Caching of (minified and compressed) pages and posts
  • Caching of (minified and compressed) CSS and JavaScript in memory
  • CDN served content and stying
  • Browser caching of CSS, JavaScript and HTML using future expire headers and entity tags (ETag)

The site responds much quicker and loads quicker. Especially when you`ve visited before.
