R-LIMS 1.1.0 has been releases

The first version of the second branch of R-LIMS has been released. Version number is 1.1.0.

Changelog

• [Database Administration] now using a new version
• [User Authentication] Changed the authentication mechanism from scripted to server-side
• [Database] Renamed several database tables
• [Database] database is now UTF-8 (utf8_general_ci)
• [Theme] Brand new theme
• [Theme] XHTML Transitional 1.0 validated (W3C)

The first update (1.1.1) is planned to be a bugfix and will be released in 2 weeks.
